Mahlaba The Street Kid
“Mahlaba: The Street Kid” is a film about a young boy’s journey to find his mother in the city. The film explores themes of child abandonment, teenage pregnancy, and gender-based violence. It is a story of resilience, identity, and survival. The movie, a collaboration between Eswatini and South African production houses, was produced by Chile Puera production and Brotherwood studios. The premiere was held in Eswatini. The film features local and South African actors, including Sello Maake kaNcube.
